Software License Agreement

This license ("License") is a legal agreement between the end user ("You" or "Your") and Tadej Logar ("Licensor") for the use of the software application Time Tracker ("Software").

By using, sharing, or distributing the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If You do not agree to these terms, do not use, share, or distribute the Software.

1. Grant of License

Licensor hereby grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to use, share, and distribute the Software, subject to the restrictions outlined in this License.

1.1 Usage Rights

You may install, run, and use the Software on an unlimited number of devices, for both personal and commercial purposes.

1.2 Sharing and Distribution

You may freely share or distribute unmodified copies of the Software in any medium, provided that this License accompanies each copy.
You may not distribute modified versions of the Software without prior written consent from the Licensor.

2. Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the Software without explicit written permission from the Licensor.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trade secrets, in and to the Software are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This License does not convey to You any ownership rights in the Software.

4. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with You.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

This License will automatically terminate if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in Your possession or control.

7. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Software.

By using, sharing, or distributing the Software, You acknowledge that You have read this License, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
